Very nice staff, they like to tell people a lot about their cars and electricity solutions. I'm 16 years old and they treated me and my friend like adults. Letting us sit inside the cars, explaining features and telling us about the company. That is most certainly worth a 5 star rating. Very good!

I recently visited your showroom with the intention of scheduling a test ride for the Model Y. The staff member courteously took down my contact details, including my name, email address, and phone number, and assured me I would receive an email confirmation. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication following this interaction, despite checking my spam folder thoroughly and ensuring the details provided were accurate. I had organized my schedule to accommodate the test drive on Saturday, but there was no follow-up from your team. While I understand there may have been an oversight or a technical issue, a call or text message would have been appreciated in the absence of an email. This experience fell short of the customer service standards I anticipated, and it was quite disheartening.

Its great to see Car Brands to take up key spots in shopping centres, but if your looking for anything else then to sit inside a tesla there is no attraction to this store - it serves more as brand advertising for Tesla, the employees inside the store are very knowledgeable

Loved this modern come in and look style of car dealer. Really innovative and a funky concept to purchasing a new car... a fun atmosphere which I think all car dealerships can learn from.

Amazing Car, amazing display, the sale persons were very helpful and ready to answer any question and pretty much knowledgeable on the mechanics and most of things related to the car. they even offered to book a test drive. You can get into the cars, feel how does it feel like and pretty much turn it on ..Amazing!

I have never received such a customer service.She spends time trying to explain the best options for her clients. She clearly loves her job and deserves every single penny she’s earn.Tesla should be proud of having such a person. Wish her the best in her career.

3 cars you can sit in and have an inside experience. Unfortunately children are just entertaining each other in them while parents are just standing outside and they don't really value the car.
