If you live in the Northwest and want to be sure about your investment in the best quality optics the trip here will be well worth it.I spent over 2 hours here getting great pragmatic advice with the option of trying everything, no hard sell and a great range of equipment.Titch was patient and informative and the shop had a good range of pre-loved optics too.Highly recommended!

Very friendly and super helpful staff!!I messaged Focalpoint Optics LTD on Facebook and got a response almost immediately despite it being late in the evening. I have no experience of purchasing telescopes and although I had done some online research. I was still finding it difficult to find something suitable or feel confident enough to make a purchase. I wanted to be sure I wasn't purchasing an expensive 'toy' and the telescope would ensure the perfect views of the night sky.Yvonne offered me very helpful advice based on her own experiences of the equipment and vast knowledge of the items they stock. Yvonne also provided me with some advice on great places to go star gazing. I left the shop feeling very confident with my purchase, despite my complete inexperience in the world of star gazing and telescopes.

The customer service at focal point is outstanding. I would have to say it was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Yvonne and Paul are welcoming, warm and extremely knowledgeable. We didn’t feel rushed at all in fact we were positively encouraged to take as much time as we needed. I used the Focalpoint web site to narrow down my search for my ideal pair of binoculars. The web chat service was a good experience, my questions were answered leaving me with a choice of 2. I contacted the store and arranged to visit where Yvonne allowed me to try out both before deciding and purchasing to take away with me. Focalpoint were recommended to me by a neighbour, and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for binoculars. Needless to say I am very pleased with my purchase.

Just bought my first pair a binoculars. 'Titch' was patient and made sure I got the best ones for me (not the most expensive). It was quite busy, and Titch took his time with every customer and obviously really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Focalpoint optics and hopefully will be back for an upgrade soon. Thanks again!

We had such a warm, professional welcome into the shop at Northwich that I felt reassured that my pre-loved binoculars were in good, safe hands. The Doc (Paul) went on to market and find a new home for them. He talked us through their system very clearly and thoroughly. Before long the binoculars were sold for a good price and the money was in my account without delay. A lovely company, very happy to recommend them.
