Holland Park Café
They successfully gave a horrible experience both to my stomach and wallet. Not only all the menu wasn't available, there was just one food available which was mostly salad. They sell a small bottle of water for more than £1.5! The food is little as well and you don't even feel you're not hungry afterwards any more.

Lived in North London all my life never experienced the beautiful park so it was a joy, had a coffee and a sandwich from the counter, very small cappuccino for the price and the bacon sandwich was probably the worst I have ever had, I won’t comment on the hot food to be fair looked decent, but come on for just a toasted sandwich you need to do far better, hopefully these pictures will help to higher your standards,

The staff were friendly and the food was good. Tasty tart with loads of salad. But so disappointed that it was served in a throwaway box with wood cutlery. The food is described as sourced locally and sustainable - but served in throwaway boxes and drinks in cups which consumes resources unnecessarily. As the bins had food waste, glass and paper mixed together, I don't believe anything was recycled. And recycling consumes energy anyway and should be avoided where possible. Why can't a smart cafe use ceramic cups and plates and wash them? Far less waste, saving resources and cheaper too in the long run.

Such a shame that it is all about cost and no real substance. There is a reason why this cafe in such a beautiful location has quite a low rating on Google, because the rating is deserved. The coffee, tea and food is so over priced and it's not that good . One does expect something of more substance when paying £7 for a bacon roll. It was extremely greasy and 90% bread. As mentioned in a lot of reviews the tables are disgusting and hardly anyone clearing away tables full of rubbish ready for more punters. But lesson learnt not to come here in the future. Poor staffing, lack of cleaning and highly expensive for what you get.

With only one member of staff visible, it was hardly surprising that this was a grotty experience. Filty table, debris from previous customers on tables and the floor. The park is nice, though it is hilly for pushing a wheelchair. Best to come in from the Northside.

Holland Park Café
A huge disappointment and waste of money which was a shame as the location is lovely. We were ignored for ages by two staff who were stood eating and talking. Bottled drinks were over £4 each and the “tea” was milky hot water and undrinkable. Staff just didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going back.

The food and coffee are very average but not terrible. The service is alright, a little grumpy but not bad. Great spot to sit at though, in terms of location/atmosphere outside.

The whole park is your garden and your office is surrounded by the nature, and just enjoy the calm and tranquil atmosphere. But when you go outside the gate, it is a posh and bustling high street. Don’t you think life should be like that? Actually you can own this kind of life easily in London. This time I tried Holland Park, and they have a youth hostel and a cafe and a restaurant inside. Amazing! Most importantly, finally I could smell Spring in London and flowers are in blossom.London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-17Holland Park CafeCategory: Cafe in the ParkWifi: reliable and free to use (need a code)Seating: There are lots of outdoor tables and chairs, and inside also many sofas, small tables and chairs. In the backyard, you could find some wooden tables and chairs. Some power outlets can be found indoors but very limited.Ambience: Outside definitely it is wonderful and lovely, especially in a sunny day, but inside it may be narrow because it is located under a bridge shape. Still an ideal place to enjoy a piece of peace in the central London.Cost:Coffee £1.5-£2.4Tea £1.25-£1.5Something special about the cafe:The park definitelyProblems:(1) The style is like a old school canteen and the chairs are not comfortable actually.(2) Difficult to find the power outlets for your laptop and phone.(3) The food is quite basic and the coffee is average, so the price is a bit expensive in this case.(4) It is quite busy and the service is slow on lunch time, especially on weekends.

Meet up with a friend here and had a great time. It was a very lovely cafe. It was a nice day out so we sat outside in the nice patio area they have. The coffee wasn’t the best but did the job. I feel there weren’t many options for food. Good for a snack or bite to eat. Lots to do around the cafe. There’s a park nearby for kids. And there’s so many lovely paths for some beautiful walks. Great place to go for a coffee and enjoy the nice weather.
