Ali, it looks like from the reviews that you run a good business for your customers but I have never been treated so badly, as a supplier, when you don’t get your way. Hopefully, you will learn to treat your suppliers the same way you treat your customers. And yes I have dealt with you so please do not try to diminish responsibility.
