I've just had my teeth straightend by Dr Chadra with the visaline treatment and I am over the moon with the results. The whole process has been so easy, pain-free and so quick.The time and care Dr Chadra puts in to make you feel at ease has been amazing. I can't thank her enough and the whole team at this surgery they always go above and beyond to deliver such a wonderful service. Definitely be recomending Dr Chadra to friends and family.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly.I was looked after by Dr. Ashni who is an excellent dentist. I had to have a root canal done and and i was very anxious but doctor Ashni was very polite and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable .She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Ashni to everyone.

I had a routine check up for myself and my son this week, excellent service that was above and beyond. My son is autistic and the team from start to finish we’re accommodating, experienced and overall perfect with my son, I’ve never been to an appointment before with my son and had my nerves and anxiety calmed in seconds. The dentist and dental nurse were calm, patient and understanding. They explained, showed and sat with George throughout the exam and my own, I can’t put into words what this meant to me. Thank you to the reception team who were amazing, patient and caring throughout.I look forward to my next appointment and to my sons too, amazing staff, team and care to patients.

One of the worst experiences over the last 2 years for my father, his wellbeing, eating habits and mainly his dignity impacted on a daily basis. This dentist is as happy to take the NHS money in performing a below par job on his dentures, more importantly caused him an injury. Stay away from this dentist, as in the end stated he wasn't a dentist to fit dentures. Why waste my father's time over 2 years?

I do not recommend. They are not professionals, after 2 hours since filling a tooth I was left without a filling. Because the receptionists are not attentive, after 2 years when I returned to them with a problem and I was surprised to find out that I have to pay later. Good teeth pulled and more. I do not recommend

Two weeks ago I decided to register here at the recommendation of my partner who was satisfied by the services in the past. Last week, my first appointment was scheduled on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. The reason of the appointment was a general check-up + teeth scaling and polish. I have arrived on time for my appointment, but was welcomed only 20 minutes later. When I have entered the examination room I was expecting to be asked about my past dental issues and discuss dental costs, but it did not happen.Furthermore, the entire examination lasted approximately 5 minutes. The check-up + scaling were done in rush and my gums were scratched during the scaling process because she moved the equipment inside my mouth in a sloppy and hasty manner. I was never afraid of dentists, but this appointment made me feel really uncomfortable and disrespected. When I left the room and payed for the services, I looked at the time and it was 10:58 Considering this was my first examination, I was expecting for a complete and thorough process.Additionally, when I have arrived home I checked my teeth and the plaque was not properly removed from all teeth and my gums were bleeding. I am feeling as if I was treated as a joke, without any respect and my money were wasted on a very poor and unprofessional service. I have also started to question myself whether the equipment used by them was properly cleaned and sterilised to avoid disease transmission.

I’ve been coming to this surgery for a long time and after a check up in August, was advised I needed braces and today I had them off. Dr Panchal who has been my dentist for years and oversaw my Invisalign treatment which has resulted in my teeth looking perfect. Thank you so much!

Had an emergency appointment. Fantastic service. Reception team were very sympathetic and got me in on the same day. Didn't see my usual dentist but the lady l saw was lovely - sorry can't remember name! Been coming for a few years now and have to say they are always a super team. The practice is lovely and clean and a high standard of care. Keep it up!

two of the dentists are very rough. I had some work done missed appt due to daughter's health. Only got half a job done would not recommend

The best dental practice by far...As a visitor to Coventry I was extremely lucky to get an appointment with Dr Panchal. Despite not being registered I was given an appointment very quickly. The reception staff were wonderful and the online forms were quick and easy to complete. Dr Panchal was fantastic and if I didn’t live 250 miles away I would change practice! All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you so much to everyone for all your help
