Amazing service 5 starsFrom pick up in Paris to drop off in Glasgow everything was absolutely impeccable. The car was comfortable and spacious. Cold water and a snack in the back was a lovely gesture after a 3 hr flight with a dog. Marcel has lovely manner and very professional. He made our journey back to the UK Seem effortless. Our dog Frankie is not the best car traveler, Marcel always asked if we needed a bathroom break or food nothing was to much, he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend his pet taxi also the most competitive quote I was given for a private transfer.

We travelled from Croatia on 04the October arriving in the UK on 5th October. My friend has been widowed and wanted to return to the UK with her cat. I was really pleased with the service I received from Elite Pet Taxi. Marcel (the business owner) went above and beyond to help me bring my cat to the UK. I was impressed with his efficiency, punctuality and warm attitude towards my cat and myself. Honestly, I was nervous and overexcited. I guess I couldn't think well, that's why it was great to have an experienced, well-informed and level-headed assistant around. Marcel instructed me of what a pet owner should know while entering the UK, so everything went smoothly. In fact, it only took us 5 minutes or so to go through pet-related formalities.To sum up, I strongly recommend Elite Pet Taxi to any pet owner who is traveling to the UK or from the UK to the EU.

We had a fantastic trip traveling with Marcel! His service is so smooth and easy, and I highly recommend him. He picked us up at the hotel, and he made the pet check-in and the border crossing so seamless for my golden retriever and I.
