I hadn't been using my Rocket R58 for about 6 months while I struggled to find someone to help me with why it was tripping my electric. I spoke to my local coffee roaster who recommended Darren.Darren gave the machine a full service and pin pointed the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Darren has great knowledge and is really helpful, I would definitely recommend him if you ever need someone to look at your machine.

Incredibly impressed with my recently purchased ECM Elektronika II profi switchable prosumer unit and Baratza Sette 270wi grinder. I visited The Coffee Lobby showroom in Westbury, Wiltshire, where I got to view and try out a plethora of prosumer espresso machines and the ECM Elektronika ticked all the boxes for aesthetics, quality, quietness and ease of use, as did the grinder for the lesser experienced Barista. It was a massive learning curve having no previous experience in the world of espresso coffee but Darren really educated me about the tech and coffee science to enable me to make such an awesome purchase, thank you Darren! I found the Coffee Lobby online April 2023 when looking for someone to repair my sage machine, I was already thinking of upgrading and Martin showed me some machines they had on offer, I left with a reconditioned Rocket Giotto and a brand new x54 grinder, competitively priced and the service and knowledge to back it up. I can absolutely recommend this business, if your thinking of upgrading then look no further.

We recently decided to upgrade our espresso machine, and the guys at The Coffee Lobby have been tremendous in guiding us through the options. We settled on a Conti ACE after trying it out at their workshop. They delivered the machine, plumbed it in and set it up. It’s good to know that they can provide servicing and maintenance going forward too. As others have noted, they’re really helpful and have a ton of industry experience. Very highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews, they tend to be only in exceptional circumstances, this is one of those times. My ECM Synchronika had developed a leak underneath and someone recommend I speak to Martin from The Coffee Lobby about it. He knew what it would be straight away, said he could either do a temporary repair or take it to the workshop to make sure it didn't happen again. The later is what I opted for and the turn around in the repair was really quick so I rushed to pick it up as soon as it was ready. I'm not sure whether that was actually a good thing, because I spent way too long at The Coffee Lobby with Darren looking at some of the machines, finding more about making coffee and having my mind blow trying some amazing speciality filter coffee...I think it's actually changed my life! There's some great small businesses out there, but every now and again you come across an exceptional one, The Coffee Lobby is one of those! I really can't find a fault in the customer service I received, I can say with hand on heart that I would give the business the highest recommendation...now where do I get the money to buy a Sanremo You and a Marco Ottomatic?
