Steve and his teams replaced all our windows, cut out two french doors and added a new conservatory for us here in Somerton and we have no hesitation in recommending them. No sales talk, just down to earth advice, and his different teams were friendly, polite and efficient, and worked well together like a big happy family. The workmanship was good and they always cleaned up at the end of each day

Somerton Windows gave us an amazing service, from start to finish the attention to detail was first class. On the day of fitting, the guys worked hard to get the job done and cleaned up after! I called the next day to let them know that there was a small scratch on one of the small panes and they re-ordered a new piece straightaway. Nothing is too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From quote to completion of the job, these guys were exceptional…could not fault them in any way…will definitely be using them again when replacing the windows….

Somerton Windows were the cheapest of 3 quotes and were fully recommended. Their quality of work and customer service was of very good standard and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dreadful experience with Somerton Windows. I was looking to find a reliable and local company to install some shower screens for me. I spent a lot of time discussing the style I wanted with Steven and the hardware I wanted to use. I was told this was all possible and after multiple site visits I was assured the templates were going to be made and then the glass delivered a couple of weeks later for fitting. The last visit was to to fit the clamps and make the templates. During this visit they damaged most of the shower floor tiles by using the wrong drill bits for porcelain tiles. I emailed Steven just to explain what has happened but that I was happy to fix the tiles myself ready for the glass, and could he let me know when it would be ready for installation. Now, 3 months after I first enquired with them, I received an email saying they are withdrawing their quote and are unable to supply and fit the glass. I emailed Steven who ignored me. I visited in person and the best he could offer was a shrug of the shoulders and a dismissal of any other options to get the glass sorted. When I asked how he’d feel if he was in my situation he agreed that he’d be aggrieved, yet he offered nothing as a solution, merely saying they couldn’t deliver what I had asked for, followed by yet more unanswered questions and shrugging of shoulders from Steven. I feel let down after their advice and assurances and they certainly don’t live up to being a member of multiple national organisations who uphold decent codes of conduct about their customer service. Shame on you Somerton Windows Ltd, I had hoped for much better. After much effort all you have delivered is a 3 month delay to shower completion and damage to the shower and watertight integrity of the walk in shower area. You should be utterly ashamed of your service in this instance. The fitter was very nice when he visited and I believe his mistake in damaging the tiles was genuine, but Steven’s response, then lack of response and complete indifference to this damage has been nothing short of dreadful. I do hope nobody else suffers this level of disservice and damage to their property.

Initially the company had been recommended to us & they certainly lived up to that. Every member of staff that we came in contact with whether on site, by phone or email were polite, friendly & professional. All the fitters respected our property & when required, our privacy, whilst they worked on our house. When needed they were able to give good help when noticing any issues & always cleaned up at the end of the day, sometimes despite being told not to bother by us. We're very pleased with the end product & the company who were always happy to help.

Somerton window came and replaced our metal windows with double glazed casement windows during a heatwave! Josh and Adam worked so hard and were so friendly too. The finish on the windows is superb and the guys left the house so clean and tidy as if they had never been there. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Excellent job at a very fair price.
