Absolutely awful place my dad died in here, under staffed, filthy dirty, poor food, no real compassion for the residents, residents left for ages shouting out “help me” and I mean like 20 mins plus i witnesses this first hand many a times!! If you love your parents or relatives DO NOT let them go here!

Please don't allow a loved one to reside here .under and poorly trained staff .some of the nurses only care about finding thier friend for a smoke .No contingency plan (nurse didn't know what this was ) over all a horribly neglected home. Cornwall council you should be ashamed of yourself !
