Great experience buying two cars from suzuki, Richard listened to what we wanted, and really tailored the service to this. Everything was organised, no messing around. Not pushy at all, but will find a car to suit your needs. If your thinking of changing your car I recommend asking for Richard or Lewis. Thanks very much.

The team here are excellent. Flynn was very helpful in helping us choose our new car. Michaela for helping us sort out a tow bar for it too. And Lewis for chatting to our son about his Lego collection whilst we sorted out the paperwork. Highly recommend.

My car had decided to go to heaven, having already been given approval for finance, and after a fruitless (and clueless) search online, I visited Eden Stratford and was greeted by Richard. I explained my maximum price and my needs and he searched their nationwide system.He found a lovely car which was in budget and perfect for my needs, but it was based in Christchurch.He showed me a similar (but newer and more expensive) version on the forecourt and I decided to go for it.They arranged for it to be transported to Stratford and on arrival they noticed a knocking sound. Richard explained the issue to me and said they didn't want me driving away with anything less than perfect, so provided me with a courtesy car while my new one was being repaired. They got the issue sorted and gave the car a service and MOT.I've just got home from collecting my new to me car and I honestly couldn't be happier. The service was top class, even though I wasn't buying a brand new vehicle. I would 100% recommend buying from there to anyone.

Would like to say many thanks to Kay and the service team for their excellent customer service. My car had to go in for some warranty work on a couple of occasions a couple of months ago. I was very impressed with the turn-around time. Kay also made sure a recall issue was sorted at the same time, and got another part fitted which she noticed needed replacing. I was also given a courtesy car whilst the work was being carried out.I'll be coming back again as soon as the new generation Suzuki Swift Sport is released next year!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this garage . You do not expect to buy a car and less than 2 days later.it breaks down , leaving an elderly lady ( my mother) stranded for hours on the side of the road in the cold and the garage saying there was nothing wrong with it and implying its the way she was driving it but get it back to them and they will take a look. They have a terrible couldn't care less" attitude at this garage . Certainly won't be back ."

Fantastic service received by Stephen in sales and Kay in servicing. Turnaround for servicing was quick and easy and Stephen has looked after me very well during and after my purchase. Definitely recommend checking out Eden Stratford for your next car!

Our son in law had asked us to find a car for him and we happened to pass by Eden Suzuki and saw just the car he wanted. We popped in and saw Richard who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
