Fantastic customer service from Sam! I had numerous problems with my vape when changing the burners & he reassured me that I wasn’t doing anything wrong & discovered that there was a fault in the device. He exchanged it for another brand along with a complimentary bottle of liquid. I won’t be going to any other vape shop & can highly recommend this one. Thank you Sam!

What a nice guy. Took a phone in that had been dropped in water. Brilliant advice. He put a new battery and back on my Samsung galaxy 10+, within the hour. Excellent service and advice.

I moved back to area 3 ish months and smoking, I then spot this vape shop.Chris was absolutely amazing in just listening and understanding things and an absolute gent!I’ve since been numerous times and every time I’ve been in, Chris and his staff are always so welcoming and helpful can never do enough! Honestly the best vape shop in my opinion
