Staverton Ambulance Station

Father in law had a stroke yesterday afternoon.... Ambulance crew arrived very quickly and got him to GRH within the golden hour..... So far so good... Thanks to the ambulance service...... Thanks guys you were amazing....

On the 14th January I had a bad fall in my garden and split my head open, my wife called 999 & the Ambulance arrived in 15 minutes, the operator who took the call stayed on the line talking to my wife to keep her calm. That operator will never know how much that meant to my wife. I was taken to Hospital and treated for my injury. Yes I had to wait a while to be treated but I was kept informed what was going on. I was treated with respect the whole time. The telephone operator, the ambulance driver ,the staff at Gloucester Royal were all brilliant and I could not fault them. Thanks to them all I was able to go on holiday the following day. Thank you Gloucester emergency servicesMichael Tighe

I cannot thank all crews who attended to my little boy logan at the weekend . Absolutely amazing team . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts will be forever in awe of your compassion, skill ans calmness

I don't know of this is the right place but I would like to thank the paramedics who took me to hospital today I think 1was called mark very helpful and polite couldn't ask for better they even had to stop to assist at an accident on Bristol road in gloucester they might like to know I've been kept in and getting the right treatment

Ash and Rose, many thanks for your professionalism yesterday. You were both very friendly and yet totally focused, a credit to yourself and the Service. Remember when you wear a uniform you create a bond for life. Respectfully Snowdrop Keith

I don’t know if this is the right place but I think there should be a place for people to leave feedback. I had a gentleman called Jamie come in today to check my little girl after she had some difficulty breathing because she chocked on some milk . He was the nicest person ever . So polite and professional and extraordinary. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your service and kindness . It does not get better than this .
