Homeguard were fantastic. Geoff and Drew did a superb job from survey and initial consultation all the way through to installation. True professionals. Can not recommend them enough. Knowledgable , courteous and a genuinely nice company to deal with. When it comes to home security you want it done right. Highly recommended.

Following moving into a new home I contacted Homeguard with a view to updating the old alarm system and installing CCTV. They were very responsive arranging inspection and subsequent installation in a timely fashion. They explained everything to me in detail offering their professional advice of how they would recommend the set up whilst still taking my views into consideration. They have been responsive however we have contacted them either by email or telephone and nothing ever seemed too much. From the initial contact to request their services through to the annual service and update they have been friendly and professional, even recalling some of my personal circumstances from their original visit. They offer a professional but also personal touch that makes me feel truly valued as a customer. I intend to remain under their services for many years to come.

Homeguard installed my intruder alarm system and my cctv.The service they provide is 5 star .they don't try and sell you anything you don't need.The cctv has already been of use to the police in an investigation. Would definitely recommend Homeguard to anybody,well worth a 5 star rating

We had our annual alarm service today (probably around the thirtieth as we have been with Homeguard for many years). It has always been and still is a first class, reliable company to deal with. Geoff and Drew are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

Homeguard have just installed an alarm system and CCTV. Geoff and Drew gave advise on the equipment and everything was installed 3 days later by Dave and Lee. The service from the initial phone call to completion of the job was excellent, no mess, no fuss. Advise was given how to use everything and the apps were set up on mobile phones and tablets. Anybody considering having an alarm system or CCTV installed should look no further than this company. Totally recommended.

Can’t fault Home Guard. Geoff and team very professional and make everything clear.Had a new alarm fitted Dave the electrician smashing bloke. Nothing too much trouble .Local firm too which makes life easier. Would recommend.
