Very rude! Came ate 7:40pm shop was closed… When I try to explain that it says it’s open till 8 pm she rolled her eyes and said she needs to close early, but in a very rude way. When I said nicely that she doesn’t need to be rude she shut the doors. Never ever coming back here

Shop closes at 8pm but the lady who was working on 1st of August, 2023 closed shop at 7:40pm claiming she is new and she closes when she needs it.On top of it, she lied she doesn’t have in stock the item we needed but we checked online and obviously it was in stock.Please find better staff for your store, this lady doesn’t care about sales. Imagine if everyone would close half an hour earlier than official time.

Very bad service, staff never been trained. They are extremelyrude. I think that is management problem.They are not able to hire right staff and give proper training.Never smile and never offer help.I do shopping since 2010 and I can't say any goodabout this store.Next door Wilko provide excellent service.

Overpriced tat....if you make the mistake of purchasing something you then have to stand and wait for them to finish there conversation about the previous night out
