The MCK team have been fantastic throughout my whole extension build (new boiler system, full house radiator changes, accumulator and water tanks, plus new control system), as well as following up into the new year with boiler service and clean. The team have been really respectful in terms of being on time, but also whilst we work in the house and they carried out work quickly and without too much disturbance, which was much appreciated. I would fully recommend their work and will continue to use for all our plumbing needs. Richard

We have used MCK plumbing twice, for new radiators being installed. Both times the service has been great along with communication throughout. We are so pleased with the new radiators they have transformed the space. A really reliable service that we will definitely be using again.

I highly recommend MCK; I'll certainly use their services again. They successfully completed two tasks for me—replacing the kitchen tap and fixing an underfloor heating system. The team of skilled engineers displayed professionalism throughout. The underfloor heating system, previously installed incorrectly by another builder, was expertly rectified. I'm grateful to everyone involved, from the delightful office lady Emily to each on-site engineer and Managing Director Ian. Their exceptional willingness to assist is truly commendable. I've just had an Ideal boiler installed by MCK. Couldn't ask for a better service from quote to install. All the MCK team kept me fully updated with install dates and times etc with a follow-up from Ian the next day to ensure I was happy. I will definitely be booking the service next year. A very tidy job and will definitely be booking my service with them going forward.

Mark and team were great throughout the quotation and installation of our new boiler. Mark came round to our new house to chat through various options including removing our hot water tank, replacing our old boiler and moving it to a new location, talked us through heat pumps and solar panels too.On the day of installation the team were really friendly, approachable and worked hard. The job was done on the day and no mess left behind.They also installed a nest thermostat for us and ensured it was set up and working before they left.Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
