The experience of this apartment is very bad. Reception often does not go to work. One of the significant problems is that no one handles it for a long time after the sensitive fire is triggered, and there are almost no entertainment facilities in the apartment. For my first time living away from home, this building has taken me on a journey. From move in day I knew that I was going to build as a person and this building would help. I would become more independent but with a little help along the way, that's what this building did for me.Yes, it's not the nicest location and yes, waking up seeing the college isn't the nicest but it's the building itself that makes this worth it.You are able to meet new, wonderful people from the start in the social area downstairs, create memories and have a wonderful time, then later on go up to your flat and have a good time with all your friends in the wonderful kitchen and living areas. The flats are very spacious and if you keep them clean, very nice to live in.The accommodation manager Sarah and her two little helpers (Kobe and Bruce) are the most amazing human/dogs you could have. So helpful and kind and make sure you have the best stay you can, if you stay on their good side (especially Kobe).I've made wonderful memories here, and I have had ups and downs but I wouldn't change the way this especially weird year has gone.Having spend most classes in my room on my computer on zoom, I can assure you, I know this building well.And on the most part, it's treated me well.

An expensive fraud! The worn-down tiny room offers a 1 metre wide uncomfortable bed which is advertised for 2 people. Clearly it is for one person only. It is far from what you see on the pictures. You will not be able to sleep there if you are adults.Once you step in it, you can scent the humid smell that comes from it. We were lucky there was hot water, unlike our neighbours who didnt have.If you are student and get a good deal, you may stay, if not think it twice and you will thank me.

It's a fraud. They offer a single bedroom as a double room. We couldn't fit in the bed, so I had to sleep on the floor. I asked for a solution, but they didn't give me any. Not even a second duvet. Then, the recepcionist admitted that just one student is sleeping in each room during the college season. Don't go! By the way, I booked it through Booking and they didn't help me out in any way.

This people gave me and my friend a faulty key fob. I arrived late at night and my friend came down to come get me only for us to be unable to access the door to our room. Ended up spending 3hrs at the reception trying to get help. Lucky for us we were able to get in touch with someone at kingdom security who sent someone over. O booked a double room and got a very small bed, the room wall had stains on it and wall paper thin. This has been my worst experience ever with any Accomodation. Will definitely not recommend. If I could give no stars will do that

Very poor quality, the bed is not even fit 2 people, This is the worst hotel in UK I ever been. It’s nothing look like accommodation. My husband have to sleep on the floor. We can’t fit in !

We stayed there instead of a hotel during Summer, outside of term time. The staff was super nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very well worth the price.

Had a great stay here. Rooms are really good and taken care. Supermarkets are nearby. Colin is of great help and never had a single issue. Everything is taken care of on time.

Amazing service. The rooms were clean with a very comfortable bed. It is easy to get to the town center as the bus stop is right by the building. It is next door to Morrison's and walking distance from Lidl. The staff were really helpful, and went above and beyond in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. I will stay here again

The flat we stayed in was fair for the money. I would like to recommend that if there were a hair dryer and a small television, it would be even better. The kitchen was shared and had limited kitchen items, but was enough for two people anyway. During our stay in this hotel, the only thing we were not happy with was the bed. The springs were more hurtful, annoying, and discomforting, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
