Magnet Kitchens

The manager of the Durham branch took us for our design today and it was a terrible experience. Me and my partner both felt like walking out. Condescending, rude and just plain insulting. Lovely kitchens but we will definitely be ordering our kitchen from the team valley showroom as his attitude was completely unacceptable

Many Thanks to Malcolm and Phil (Magnet Durham) for their patience, guidance and help throughout the planning process and so many designs and options we considered over many visits to be finally delighted with the design we decided upon in Dunham range in Dove Grey.The finished kitchen is fabulous and a delight every day with the practical and WOW effect we were looking for. We cannot recommend enough the excellent and friendly customer service and after sales help Phil and Malcolm provided.It is truly a Happy New Year.

This new magnet store is amazing as is its staff, great customer service nothing too time consuming or any trouble, we've had the best experience choosing and having our new kitchen designed instore with the friendly assistance of Malcolm and Anna.

Great company to use and sub contract work for, nothing was an issue when needing anything extra to get the work fully completed to the highest standard.

Just had our new kitchen installed after a great design by Anna and a superb fitting job by Andrew Bergazzi.We would like to thank all involved for their help and outstanding service.

No big sales push just a detailed plan from malcolm for a great kitchen. Very happy with magnet kitchens.

Totally ignore the previous review about the manager. I dealt with him 90% of the time and is spot on - helpful, friendly and far far from rude!From the beginning Magnet Durham have been absolutely fantastic !I mainly dealt with Phil (but also David,Manny and Neil - were all amazing)We had priced kitchens from a few places - I had especially found as a young woman most companies spoke mainly to my husband and really disregarded me when it coming to ideas for design or anything important in that matter. It has been a rather uncomfortable experience for me. This was the opposite to magnet Durham. They were respectful, friendly and helpful at every step of the way to designing our dream kitchen. Any queries where answered and it couldn't have gone any better ! I have even dealt with them most of the time myself without my husband as I have felt comfortable to do so.Also, it may just be a personal opinion, but they were not overly pushy at all when it came to going ahead with the kitchen. This is a pet peeve that I feel pressured into buying. Another company told me he could not keep me this deal if we didn't pay a 10% that day which wasn't true as he rang me the next day offering the same offer.Impressed with the quality of the kitchen itself its better than we hoped for. Much better than another brand and its (flashy) showroom the finish and everything is just way better.Price couldn't be beaten anywhere and that definitely has not effected quality at all.Top blokes in there ! super super happy customer

Excellent service from Magnet Durham branch. I changed my mind on the size of cabinets I wanted & they changed them no problem. Would highly recommend this store.
