They do not know how to handle a watch. Inquired about custom straps, the guy proceeds to handle my 60,000£ Breguet with the lug width measuring device mid air. Gave the watch a pretty noticeable scratch on the deployant buckle. Do not go here if you value your watch. Disgusting.

I ordered a bespoke strap a year and a half ago and the result was far from what I expected.Despite the making being very well done, the strap was not the colour I selected during my first appointment. When I mentioned it to the team, they told me that it would change as I keep on wearing it - it didn't. I have not worn my watch for the past year as I hate the strap. Was very dissapointed in the way they handle my concerns when I first discovered the result.

Very attentive and friendly customer service. Especially Sev has patiently spent time with me, fixing various straps and coming up with great suggestions. Absolutely the place to go if you have a valuable watch where you need specific / special straps.

I have had a few watch straps from here. Putting aside how hopeless they are in the shop and how long it takes for them to make a strap, the quality has been fine. However, the last one was very low quality. The top layer of the leather came off and just looked shoddy. When I complained…guess what…they told me it was my fault (remember i have other watch straps that i have manage to wear without the same result). I emailed management and got no response…so they clearly care less. Have gone somewhere else for a replacement.

Used this store a couple of times and decided to take them up on their complimentary service of fitting my newly purchased strap to my watch. Unfortunately they heavily scratched the clasp, which was worth more than the strap itself. When I reported it, they told me it was a complimentary service and I could have caused the damage myself, which clearly wasn’t the case. I am gutted.
