The very best thing is everything gets done at once. If I cleaned it might be one room or task done and then another time something else. This way everything gets done at once and everything looks good.

Had our free clean. Windows left dripping as they never dried them off or polished them.Left a card saying how much they would charge. It was around double what we'd paid before. When I'd picked myself up off the floor I got in touch by email to say we didn't want another at that price.It took quite a lot of back and forth with emails before they accepted the cancellation. What a faff.
