I had damp on the lower walls of my home. The team turned up at the agreed time told me what they would be doing, then showed me during the work what the problem was. When they left, apart from some new cement around some bricks I would never have known that they had been here. Very polite clean and tidy workers. Would I recommend? Absolutely!!!! Prokil came to our property initially in December 2020 for dry rot treatment and damp proofing of our bathroom. During the initial inspection Simon was very thorough and put our minds at ease. He also liaised with our bathroom company throughout to ensure everything ran smoothly and to plan. The workmen were efficient and professional. Recently, a bathroom installer damaged the damp proof membrane. Simon attended to assess the damage and within 24hrs the whole area had been fixed by Prokil. I have put off damp proofing my basement flat for years, concerned by the upheaval and mess this would cause; past experience of another Brighton based damp proof company, which had been less than satisfactory...Having decided on Prokil to carry out the works I was somewhat apprehensive, which soon disappeared once work commenced. The tradesmen used were very good, however, during the last week of the job, Jay, a new tradesman was brought in and the word best used to describe the quality of his workmanship and his work ethic would be OUTSTANDING!

Prokil damp treatment at our rental property in Hove involved plaster removal, installation of water proofmembrane and re plastering. We were very pleased with the level of attention to detail and delighted that our tenant was treated very politely and inconvenienced as little as possible. The finish was excellent and skirting boards were replaced with new where needed.

Simon came round to do a timber inspection of our loft.He very clearly knew his stuff. He was clear and honest about the situation and what treatment would entail and cost.
