Kalmed Clinic

My family and I have been regular patients of Kalmed clinic for over three years. Dr Lifson and his team have provided us with an exemplary level of care and communication throughout this time. He has been professional, efficient, and (perhaps more importantly) a genuinely caring person. In short, he is exactly what you would wish for in a GP. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Kalmed Clinic.

I decided to book into Kalmed for a blood investigation due to a family history of illness. The process was easy from start finish. My call was answered immediately by a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and was offered an appointment that suited me the same day.On the day of the appointment Dr Lifson was there to discuss my fears and offer support and advice and was in no way dismissive of me despite this just being a check for my own peace of mind. My result came through the next day and I was emailed by Dr Lifson with a full explanation of the results.I would highly recommend Dr Lifson and the Kalmed clinic, a very efficient and professional service.

I had an amazing experience, the clinic is the cleanest I have ever seen, and as soon as I step in the amazing staff really make you feel welcome and valued. Very easy to get an appointment and friendly and efficient service on the day of my appointment. For me, the two big differences from NHS were the fact that I didn’t have to go through the process of multiple phone calls to get an appointment and there was no queue or waiting on the day. OK, you have to pay but in the grand scheme of things it wasn’t expensive and the charges are very transparent on the website before you book. Well worth it and would recommend to any busy person.

Had a great experience with Kalmed recently when renewing my annual fit for work" medical.Kalmed provided a very professional service from my initial contact with the admin team to schedule appointment through to having the medical performed by Dr Lifson at the clinic. All supporting documentation for the medical (including lad results) were provided in a timely manner post consultation with the admin team keeping me informed throughout.This was the second year running I have used Kalmed with the level of service being outstanding on both occasions

I was able to arrange an appointment to see Dr Lifson the next day. He was extremely kind and patient, took the time to listen to everything I had to say, without making me feel rushed or dismissed. He was thorough in his questioning and examination of me and ensured I felt at ease throughout. I would highly recommend using his service.

I dont have enough adjectives to describe the outstanding care and attention offered by Dr Lifson and his team.I was able to secure a consultation really quickly due to the availability of appointments, and formulate a plan about next steps. Dr Lifson takes time to discuss options, and it was like a breath of fresh air to feel like my concerns were being addressed. Professional, compassionate and patient - exactly the qualities that you need when health concerns arise. Would have no hesitation in using the clinic in the future.
