Ioniq 5 UltimatePicked the car on a Motability order from Stock on Saturday 18th November after being ordered on the 30th October absolutely brilliant service from Richard who sourced the vehicle and Paul Westwood who looks after Motability customers, everything went so easily Paul kept me well informed all the way from order to delivery, sent Paul a couple of questions via email and received very prompt reply’s, on collection Paul paired my phone to the Hyundai Bluelink App and also paired my phone to the Bluetooth for me, took time to show me how all the controls worked within the car.The car was well presented and all software checks were done and updated I would have no problem recommending All Electric Stourbridge to anyone and using them myself again

Visited Hyundai Stourbridge and spoke with Paul Sadler and his manager Rich. Both were very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the cars in the garage.Paul explained the process of buying the car and with ease set everything up for me to pick it up a week later. Dealership is in a bit of an awkward place to navigate .. In amongst a few one way little streets that Google maps seemed to get confused!We arrived on time and were able to view the car we were interested in.Unfortunately, the person we had made the appointment with was not there and didn't turn up whilst we were still there either. No explanation.Someone else answered our questions in a general sense but they were unable to offer a test drive in the car (as they hadn't got a Bayon registered to the branch yet due to it being very new to be fair).Overall, I have to admit I felt a little uncomfortable and it wasn't the best of impressions to have been 'stood up' either really.

I just visited the Stourbridge site to view a new Tucson as a possible replacement for our three year old Volvo XC40. I spent several minutes walking around the car on display in the showroom, during which time not one member of staff acknowledged my presence. A missed opportunity to make a sale unfortunately. Edit further to the dealer's response below; I have no idea which of your staff members is Paul, but the gent sat at the desk nearest the Tucson Hybrid in your showroom most certainly wasn't with another customer and didn't so much as look up when I entered. There was also a lady member of staff at a desk by the back wall of the showroom who gave no acknowledgment of my presence. I don't expect everyone to drop everything and come running, merely to say someone will be with you shortly
