I'd like to express my admiration for Sam, the skilled fitter who installed my boiler yesterday. This young gentleman demonstrated great professionalism by arriving early at my apartment and patiently waiting for our arrival, despite our three-hour journey. He was considerate enough to inquire about parking his van in front of the garage block, and I gladly granted permission as long as it didn't inconvenience anyone.Initially, it seemed that Sam hadn't been fully briefed on the task at hand, as he had been informed that no photos were required. However, he promptly arranged for additional materials to be delivered along with the boiler. Once he began working, he quickly grasped my needs and understood what needed to be concealed once he finished. When the boiler arrived and was successfully installed on the wall, Sam expressed concern about completing the job on time. I explained to him that returning was inconvenient and costly for us, as we had travelled from Essex, a six-hour round trip. Understanding our predicament, he sought my opinion on using a speed fit connector to expedite the process. Although I declined his suggestion, expressing my personal preference against such items, Sam accepted my decision graciously, without argument or comment. He quietly persisted with his work, demonstrating his commitment for the long haul.During a critical moment, it became evident that there was an issue with the electrical installation, which was entirely my fault. Sam discreetly pointed it out and left me to rectify the problem, which took approximately ten minutes. At no point did he convey any annoyance, despite the inconvenience it must have caused. He continued diligently working until around 8:30 PM, when he provided me with necessary briefings, manuals, and paperwork to sign. I expressed my gratitude for his unwavering dedication.The quality of Sam's work remained consistently excellent, even as time constraints mounted. Moreover, his behaviour and attitude were exceptional, surpassing the expectations of any manager or customer. He demonstrated remarkable tolerance and empathy towards my situation.All in all the whole job was good value and easy I would use again

Great service from start to finish , communication great from ladies in the office and kept me up to date, boiler installation went really well and the engineer even helped out with an unforseen issue that we had prior. Really impressed with how efficient it all was and we now have a nice warm home again. Thankyou so much.

Bert and his team were absolutely great. They even matched a price for the boilers and for the bathroom and kitchen. The team done a great job and we would highly recommend them. We are planning to do another project in another flat and we are definitely hiring Bert and his team for this no questions asked. Very delighted with the service.

Very happy with our boiler annual service carried out by Sam from i Gas Engineers, very polite, checked everything, made us feel confident using the gas heating boiler again for the winter season. We also then received a full printed out report on our boiler, this I believe should be done by all service engineers but is not a legal requirement. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Annual service. Carried out thoroughly and professionally. I have an annual contract with them because I know they will respond quickly if I have a problem. No waiting days for an engineer which was my experience with British Gas

i Gas have just finished installing a unvented system in my house. The service and standard of work from Bert and his team was great. We had a few unexpected problems during the installation and the team made sure that these were completely rectified and I was entirely happy before they even invoiced me and certainly before the installation was complete. I would definitively use them again.

Danny came to do the installation of our cooker and immediately noticed the smell of gas. Straight away turned off all the gas and went to it finding the leak.When he couldn't find the leak he called in his colleague Bert as he had more experience in the issue and they quickly resolved where the leak was coming from, assessed it and Danny then returned two days later to refit all new gas pipework at very short notice.He did a fantastic job. His work is very tidy and neat, non intrusive at all either whilst doing the work (constantly cleaning up after himself too) but also in the pipework he did. All very neat with perfect joint work.Very polite young man. Would 100% use this company again. Thank you Danny for your professionalism and good work done.

Exceptional work at diagnosing my faulty boiler, took a matter of minutes and the heating was back on! Problem was a seized fan, which was due to wear and tear of an old boiler. Customer service was great, Bert did an amazing job, definitely would recommend. Thanks iGas engineers!
