Parkview Residence

All in all a nice place, NOT outstandingly clean or spacious, staff is friendly and helpful but reception is barely attended at any time we visited it. Found some mold in the shower and the shower cabin itself is so small it's almost claustrophobic... Location is rarely near to Manchester town centre (5 min by car, 15 min by bus or about 30 minutes walking). Good value for money but nothing to be excited about.

Our stay wasnt what we expected! The room wasn't hoovered, the wardrobe nearly fell on me when I opened it, when you turned the sink on the water went allover the floor and onto my partners clothes, there was one towel for 2 people which had make up on it, there was used body wash sachets in the shower, the bedding had black marks on it, possibly mould, the skirting boards had hairs and rubbish on them and the worst thing was the toilet had dried urine on it! This is not somewhere we will ever come back to and they need to look at this! Avoid at all costs!

Room was clean and that's all that was nice. Toilet seat loose, not enough milk for more drinks, people next door and above very noisey. Landing lights should be on a sensor, light showed thought the bottom of the door all night making the room light.

DO NOT STAY HERE. False advertising. The rooms are nothing like what is on the website and social media platforms.Shocking room. Dark and uncomfortable.Constant noise.We had 1 towel for 2 adults and a 1yr baby.Bathroom floor was cracked, a shower towel was placed over the crack to cover it.Damp room, looks nothing like the pictures.Reception was friendly but NEVER THERE.We saw the receptionist once throughout our entire stay.Broken utilities and shower gel sachets thrown on the side.I advise no one should stay here.Shocking

The room was clean with good storage space, had a large desk with well thought out plug and USB charging points. The double bed was comfortable, bathroom was well fitted and the coffee was nice. It was only a short walk into the center of Manchester. I would definitely stay here again, recommended.

As advertised. Convenient and accessible. Staff is friendly and on hand to help. Lack of a window in my room made it a stiffly but a fan had been provided which helped a bit. Decent budget stay if not keen on facilities on site but affordability is priority

Staying at this hotel was a dreadful experience. Our room was unclean, smelly, the bed sheets had awful stains on them and there were actually spiders inside, along with their homes". Upon entering the building and also after going up the floors you could smell a dusty stench everywhere. Also we were informed that they had already tried to charge my credit card before even arriving at the hotel

The worst place I have ever stayed.can here noise next room everywhere is dirty looks nothing like the photo. Ask for Id and wouldn’t cancel the booking when I said I wanted to leave.Don’t stay at this place the mugs are dirty looked liked they never been washed.The person on reception speaking in Indian about me via whatts app and then denying rude and disrespectful.Don’t give your money to these people.

The room was in need of some updating, mostly in the ensuite. The paintwork especially needed addressing.The linen was clean, fresh and the bedding was really nice. However, a bedside lamp at each side would have been nice.This has obviously been a Hotel in yesteryear and has been taken over, it gave a feel of being more Hostel dwellings now. In saying that, the price was good for what you had.Breakfast would have been a nice option. We had to walk to Assess for Rolls with Bacon for breakfast. The Residence is in a housing estate of too halves. One side a private estate and the other Council dwellings.Close to Bus Stop to get to Manchester City Centre.Would we go back? Maybe.
