Through such a hard day, I didn't expect to look down at the order of service to see the wrong date of death. Yes, it can be reprinted but that couldn't stop the pitting feeling of knowing it would be the same on the plague on the coffin. There's nothing nice about having to say goodbye but this made it worse, all you had to do was double check.

Cannot thank Mark and his family enough for their care and compassion while providing a beautiful send off for my father in law. Mark kept the family fully informed, he was completely transparent with pricing and helped any way he could to guide us through one of our most difficult times. We didn't worry or stress about the funeral at all with his help. I recommend MD Lowe & Sons100%. MIL might also take advantage of his funeral plan for the future!

The service that Mark gave us as a family at a very difficult time was amazing! From the moment we met Mark he was compassionate, calm and kind! He was confident in his knowledge and very helpful to us as a family. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary. I know my mum was cared for from the moment she went into Marks care. Mark could confidently answer my questions ( sorry Mark for so many questions). The service was more than we expected and yet again Mark took control and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this family run service, we as a family couldn’t have asked for more!
