Laundrette

Once located (I should have read previous review) we were delighted to find a great little, clean laundrette, clothes washed and dried in just over an hour and not smelling of salt & vinegar. Judging by the amount of punters queueing for fish and chips, it’s worth combining your wash with taking supper home with you. Very friendly staff and punters alike in the fish & chip shop. A family of ducks waddled past the front of the shop as we waited, and three guinea fowl were on the move too! Not a sight you see every day. There is also a Co-op shop opposite.

The Laundrette is not signposted. It is through the entrance to the John Dorey fish and chips shop and through a door on the left . Main door is open even when chip shop is closed

Used this place while camping in Beal. Even though it was a bit smelly in there, the machines washed and dried my clothes fine.
