We have worked with RPM for over 5 years and we have always had excellent customer service and speedy resolution of any issues. We recently upgraded to their Patient Contact System and advanced call recording and it has made our lives much easier. We have far more control of our system now and can produce some extremely useful reports. There is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone when we need them and I would recommend RPM to anyone.

Josh was absolutely fantastic today, I had asked for a voice message clip to be amended on our telephone line, and an additional voicemail box option adding. Within an our the new voice message had been recorded by him and added to our system, along with our new voicemail option. Whenever we request changes to our phone system the RPM staff always provide an excellent and efficient service. Thank you!
