I called NGS on a Saturday morning as my elderly parents had a leaking boiler. Connor made a same day repair to allow the central heating back on and was very courteous to all of us. Would highly recommend Connor to anyone for trustworthy and prompt service. Thanks so much!

We had a problem with our boiler and heating. Connor was flexible and efficient and did a great job. The issue we had turned out to bigger than we thought but they did a fantastic job with fixing it. We will definitely be using them again to complete the rest of the work we need doing.

We are very happy with Northants Gas Services, and I fully recommend them. Connor is highly professional, experienced and reliable gas safe registered engineer. He replaced our 26 year-old boiler with a new boiler and he was kind enough to fit us in at very short notice to help us in the cold weather. He installed the boiler and organised a brickie and someone to take the scrap away. It was all done so professionally and he explained all the steps. Also Connor fixed an en suite shower that has been unusable for years and that other plumbers couldn’t fix but he managed to fix it!!!! He found a cartridge for it where others couldn’t. He’s fast, trustworthy and helpful. We’re very happy with his work and totally recommend him.

I’ve never been so thankful for a broken boiler!!We called NGS as our boiler stopped working and we had no hot water. Connor was able to diagnose and fix the problem and was very polite and clean and reasonable priced.While he was there I mentioned that we had a problem with our downstairs heating. We had not had heating downstairs for over a year and 7 different plumbers had come out and not been able to fix it! We had been told that our only options were to either rip out all of our pipe work and replace it or just cap off downstairs and change to electric heating!! Either way it was going to cost us thousands!!! - so we chose to ignore the problem instead (that’s what blankets are for, right?).Thankfully our boiler broke and we met Connor who said he would have a look whilst he was here - and like an angel sent from the plumbing gods he was able to figure out what was wrong!! He ordered the part and it was fixed a week later!!I could not recommend enough!! And will definitely be using for all our plumbing needs in the future :) :) Thank you!!!
