Wow! What amazing service. We shopped online and found a replacement integrated dishwasher and then we thought that we would try a local company too. Jo and the Buywise staff were incredibly helpful and even today, during the Christmas period the team went above and beyond! Kevin the installer was able to pop out within 2 hours to get our new machine up and running. Buywise came up with cheapest price for the Bosch integrated dishwasher I ordered and a prompt delivery date was offered. My delivery arrived on time and the delivery driver, Richard, was pleasant, accommodating and very friendly. Would definitely recommend Buywise and will definitely use again.

We have just bought a 'built in' refrigerator from Buywise, having drawn blanks at two other suppliers. They were excellent in every way. Their representative was able to offer us three possible fridges of the right type, adding enough information for us to make our choice. The delivery/installation was arranged for about ten days ahead (at our request) but we were able easily to bring it forward a day when we had to make a change in our own schedule. The delivery arrived well within the convenient mid to late morning spot and the guys did a great job on the installation, really working on it until the fit was just right. Perfect all round.

Ordered a fridge freezer from here as they were £10 cheaper than everyone else but also because they were just 10 miles away. Chose a delivery day online which was a few days ahead. Pretty sure site said I could choose am or pm but not sure this choice was there and I didn’t get any emails to confirm delivery I could refer to, just a receipt for payment. I emailed on a Sunday to check what was happening as delivery was booked for the Tuesday and to my surprise got a reply early on Monday to say I’d get more info on time slot later by SMS. This didn’t come so I emailed again on the delivery day morning and was told it was due 3-5pm which it did to my surprise. The missing text message would have told me this on the day before. Delivery man was pleasant and helpful and assisted with unpacking. So all in all a great experience, they just need to sort out their systems to keep customers up to date reliably as we didn’t know it was coming at 3pm until noon on the day, not an issue for us but might be for others.

Excellent service once again. I have ordered many times from Buywise and the service has been faultless. On the latest occasion I ordered at 9am and had my new appliance delivered and installed by 3pm.

What a rip off! Advertise with free shipping then add £49.95 when you try and purchase the item. Bad form huh? Lord knows what would happen if your item broke down in the first month! Good luck getting a replacement!
