Shocking service from Mercia, the provider of the sheds. We spent £1,500 on a shed that is so flimsy and poorly built. After 12 emails of trying to resolve the issues you can see in the photos, the outcome was that it was out fault! Windows didn't fit. Door is sagging. Had to reinforce the floor with extra wood under the shed as it felt like you were going to fall through. Parts were broken on arrival. I had to provide some of my own materials to get the job done as they tried to refuse construction. Avoid at all costs in my opinion. Such poor service all round.

Originally skeptical as ££ cheaper than many places and reviews aren’t particularly glowing.Took the risk and paid via credit card for security. The shed is exactly what we hoped for and is sturdy enough. Delivery was a day late but we were kept informed and the driver was nice.I would use this company again.

Arrived quickly, good communication and decent price. The shed itself (Holt 10’x5’) is overall very good quality with very decent thick framing that should ensure the shed lasts a long time. It was slightly out of size with the panels but nothing major. A few minor cracks and holes but to be expected.

Absolutely would not buy the Loxley 6x4 Pressure Treated shed again.There are more cracked boards on all 4 sides than intact ones. Clearly the pressure on the nail gun was far too high.Knots have fallen out of every side, with at least 4 in the door.Since the shed was built last weekend some of the side boards have now bowed, leaving a gap of 3 inches, hardly water or pest proof.I don’t think a single strip of siding is parallel to the frame.The battons to cover the joint between the two side panels and the corners were 200mm too long so I had to cut those myself.Roofing nails are far too short and so the felt is barely clinging on for its life.Constant creaking whenever you walk inside, and quite frankly I don’t think this shed will last through the first storm.If I hadn’t followed the instructions and treated the shed immediately, I would now been looking to return it for a refund and go elsewhere to buy something else.

I have been looking for a specific size of shed, and found Sheds U.K. on the internet. I quickly found the Metal shed which best suited my needs, on their website. The only thing that was missing from the description was the door opening size. So I sent an email, this was Sunday, but on Monday morning I received an email from Max, giving the details required. I ordered in the afternoon and am at the moment awaiting the delivery, which is due at the end of this week/ beginning of next week. I am very impressed both with Sheds U.K. , and Max, he is very polite and very helpful. Top marks for him, I will definitely recommend Sheds U.K. and Max.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I purchased an Adley 10' x 8' Pressure Treated Premium Double Door Shiplap Pent Shed from Sheds.co.uk. The shed came with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee.Shortly after installing the shed, I treated it with the wood preservative that was also purchased from Sheds.co.uk along with the unit. I also sealed the windows with a silicone sealant. However, the shed began to leak badly from the roof and sides causing significant damage to the content and we had short-circuit due to the leak. The roofing felt deteriorated within weeks and needed to be replaced. The roof also lacked the support.I contacted Sheds.co.uk customer service and informed them of the problem and after 19 emails and sharing all the pictures and evidence they have refused to help with it completely. I am very disappointed with the way that Sheds.co.uk has handled this situation. They have refused to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product, and they have refused to honour the guarantee that they advertised.Their products are not of good quality, and their customer service is terrible.I would like to warn potential customers about the misleading and deceptive practices of this company. I invested a substantial amount in a shed that was advertised with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee. Regrettably, the guarantee proved to be utterly worthless.The guarantee is nothing but rubbish. Sheds.co.uk's false promises have not only cost me a considerable amount in repairs but also resulted in significant distress. My experience serves as a cautionary warning to others – Sheds.co.uk's deceptive advertising, coupled with their lack of customer support, can lead to financial loss, emotional frustration, and regret.Do not be fooled by their empty guarantees and flashy advertisements. Ordered a shed and it was delivered in 48 hours. Great service and the small bike shed I ordered was just perfect. Not too complicated to build either. I would highly recommend.
