Ian and Julie were amazing helping for an ongoing issue. Delivery promised on certain date which never happened.Now on a delivery date, delivery drivers wanted to put in front room even though we paid for assembly. When the be was put in the room it was broken and torn also the wrong bed.Customer services will only talk via email (Werdio’s)Ian and Julie in store deserve extremely high recognition but the rest of the company should hang there heads in shame
