Express Electrical

Extremely poor service. First time i've used Express Electrical and the last. A simple order of 13 sockets was ordered on-line and the urgency was stated in the customer comments section as needed to complete a job and a two day delivery was given as standard. Two days later a refund was issued with no explanation of why, only to say that i had been refunded. I had to ask twice why it was cancelled and was told they didn't have the stock. A little tip for you - list the item as unavailable when you have sold out, so busy people like me are not wasting their time.

absolute joke of a company, they answer calls but pass you from pillar to post. has been way over 14 days waiting on smoke alarms and now they wont issue a refund. will have to iniate a chargeback with my bank! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great service, would highly recommend going. Very organised, kind and friendly would definitely go again work very well as a team.Very fast delivery’s very good communication when speaking on the phone couldn’t get any better!!!! Would definitely be going to express electrical again!!!

I ordered alarms and was told 14 days for delivery. I was then contacted and told March but I could cancel and money would be refunded within 48 hours. I did cancel and have yet to receive anything! They don't answer emails, they don't answer their sales phone. I called their head office and was told a director would be in touch. Nothing! This is an un-trustworthy company who have taken nearly £200 off me and effectively stolen it. DO NOT TRUST!

Just wanted to share a review on how impressed I am with this company. Due to import delays my order for fire alarms was delayed, but Express Electrical kept me informed on everything and every change. Fantastic customer service, and great prices. Thanks.

One star because I can't leave lower,Ordered 8 lights in December, 1 didn't work, sent email as suggested on phone, no reply. Called to chase was told to send back at cost for replacement and postage will be refunded, did that heard nothing, called again, told i would be refunded and light dispatched, got home after a week away and nothing. Called yet again told it would be sent out home again 2 weeks later and still nothing, and are now not answering the phone, so now I'm £60 down without even a faulty light to show for the trouble, my customer still has no light up and im the one who looks incompetent,Don't bother with these, save yourself the hassle and use a proper wholesaler

Best price for downlight cans. They gave an immediate call back after online order to check the order and delivery details to IOM were correct - no extra postage charge. Very prompt delivery.
