Need to change the way they do assessments

I had a consultation with a Chinese woman called Mim ( or something along those lines ) during the meeting she was very friendly and really helped me with my anxiety and the fact that I had urinated myself during the meeting due to anxiety. Are you recently received my report From PIP... it turns out she failed to write down anything that happened during the meeting and even failed to mention my psychosis and did not fill out the how pip effects me form properly. I have since then try to put in a complaint about her but it turns out you are unable to do so as they have no complaints procedure. My PIP has now been stopped and has caused me to try and take my own life and be sectioned two times over the past month. When you then turn up or call to complain they simply hang up on you. I now have the daily Echo on my site and will be updating this review with a link to the news article as soon as it’s reported later this week! My advice to anyone going to this personal Independence payment centre is to record your full consultation ! As they will lie after and cause you many problems!
