My boyfriend went into get us dinner and the owner is a very rude man! Even his staff was embarrassed the way he was speaking to him! Bragging about being the best chippy in bolton yet you speak to your customers like your above them, your customer make your business and I'm surprised you have any if that's how you speak to them

Went tonight waited over 15 minutes to be served not there fault granted but when eventually was served they didn't have what I wanted so I had to make do then I was rudely told they was NO longer accepting card payments cash only then when I said I'd like a bag I was handed everything to pack it myself the older woman definitely needs a course in customer care

Food tasted underdone all I had wanted was a scollop barm had to deal with chips cheese and gravy which is probably one of the worst ones I’ve ever had save money and go that bit further to Sunnys on new lane so much nicer and well worth the money

First time ordering from here and found the food very tasteless. The fish was dry and tasteless other than the grease taste from the batter. Even the chips had no taste, I had to drown them in salt and vinegar to convince myself I was actually eating chips. I have recently moved to Bolton and have found so many bad take-aways yet people have given great reviews. All I can say is People in Bolton dont know what good food is and have obviously never eaten outside of the Bolton area. Sad and mad.

It's a good Fish and chip shop. Pleasant staff. Good food and not to pricey.
