Paul has treated me for a number of things, including painful hips, numbness in my foot/hands when walking, and back problems following a fall down stairs… the other benefits I have had are things like improved mental clarity, less overwhelm, improved stress levels and improved general wellbeing. Paul is professional and honest. You won’t be asked to commit to a course of sessions, it is very much on your terms. His treatment has helped me physically, emotionally and holistically. I can’t begin to explain the treatment, I just know that it works!

I've got plantar fascitis and Paul has gone through a range of methods to help me, acupuncture, cupping, tens machine and massage, he has also given me exercises to do at home to help me and it is a slow process but I think it is helpful

I recently visited Paul to try to get some relief from my back pain. Over the course of my therapy sessions, Paul freed me from back pain as well as a long-standing issue with my neck. I have been pain free since I completed the therapy about a month ago and I feel like I have a new lease of life. Highly reccomended.

Paul is an excellent physiotherapist and has helped me no end with complex gait issues (hip, knee, ankle and shoulder problems). I feel really lucky to have someone with his skillset working in the local area. Totally worth going to.
