LivingCare Leeds - Thorpe Park Clinic

I was due to have a Gastroscopy next week, but was fitted in today, because of a cancellation.The staff were so kind, caring & professional. I'm a nervous patient, but they did everything to put me at my ease & I wouldn't fear the procedure again. I'd give every member of staff 5 stars.

Easy parking. Not far from home. Very clean. Very friendly pleasant staff. No complaints. Would recommend

I have attended Thorpe Park ENT Clinic on three occasions over the last 2 years. The staff are always welcoming. The premises are clean and well managed. I cannot praise Mr Peter Gooder enough for his care. I receive regular treatment and check ups from the Living Care Clinic, who send appointments by text which are confirmed in writing. My GP and I both get written feedback following my appointments. I am so grateful for this service which is difficult to access on the NHS elsewhere.

I recently attended the Thorpe Park Clinic for a private Consultation. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and the Clinic itself was immaculately clean and easily accessible. The clinic has a very calming comfortable environment and I found the whole appointment experience to be both efficient and as relaxing as it could possibly be.

Staff are amazing here! Very friendly and very supportive. I suffer from anxiety and they put my mind at ease at my consultation. I went in for an excision of some moles for testing back in August and the doctors and nurses were all brilliant! Again put my mind at ease and were happy for me to use my camera to make sure I knew what was going on as the surgery was on my back.I can't fault anything with my appointments however I still have had no results from the test performed. I feel bad for the staff as wherever they are sending samples to they are useless at updating staff on results. It's been 3 months and still have no clear idea of what I have if anything.

I agree too. I found car park difficult to find postcode leeds to offices a map would be helpful and saying to follow signs greggs and Frankie’s

I had an ENT appointment here. The clinic was clean, it was easy to park and the reception staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait long to see the ENT Dr and he was very good and thorough. I will be asking my GP to refer me back to this clinic for future appointments.

I have been coming to skin finity for the past 5 years, had some cosmetic procedures (seen a number of different drs) which can be a bit of a pain.However the doctors are always very knowledgeable, honest and professional. The reception staff are always very friendly too.Very clean premises and never too busy.Highly recommend.

Great efficient, friendly service. Had an MRI scan on my knee, no dramas, in and out in 30 minutes.
