Karl, Eddie & Keith were fantastic from the initial quote right through to installation & aftercare. We had two burners installed & they look beautiful. Cant wait for the winter months to fully enjoy! Karl made sure no dust/soot escaped when he swept the chimneys pre-installation, which was important as our carpets are reasonably new. Once installation was completed, Eddie & Keith gave us a run through of how to start & maintain a fire in an efficient & safe manner (which I was grateful for!!). In the last 6 months we have had three new wood burners installed, chimneys lined, and flues added by Karl and the team. They have gone above and beyond with not only the quality of their work, but also the cleanliness, advice, and aftercare. If you want honest advice, no pushy sales, and great workmanship then look no further. You get the feeling that the team really care about your property and what you want. We had an old fireplace and we didn't know where to start. After contacting a few companies, we found The Wood Burner Company and Karl patiently talked us through the options and has responded promptly to all of our queries throughout the process. The team were all incredibly friendly and the space was left spotless after each visit. We are thrilled with our new stove. and couldn't recommend The Wood Burner Company enough!

Excellent service. Had our old (bodged) wood burner ripped out and all new put in (including flu & cowel) Karl was very informative helping us to decide which wood burner to select. Quotes were clear and easy to book in on a day that suited us. Karl kept us informed about who would be coming & what time. If you're looking for installation or advice and are comparing the market stop right here, you have found the best there is! They advised us months before we moved in, helped get us a quote using photos and then a visit when we had access to our new property. All my questions around fire and fire safety were capably answered by experts and I was given great advice all along the way.Installation took two days and it was an absolute pleasure to have the guys here doing the work. Interesting, funny, considerate, knowledgeable and fun. I now have my dream fireplace and they helped it to happen.From a customer point of view, I was impressed at thue the quotes given and how, after an on site survey, the original quote came in cheaper. I was given a truthful and fair summary of the work to be done and they did it brilliantly.I recommend them so highly, I cannot imagine that such a thoughtful and kind team, expert in what they do, could ever let anyone down. Amazing job and beautiful fireplace/wood burner. Clean and tidy work and all round impressive workmanship. Completely transformed the room.
