I cannot rate Mel and Emma highly enough! I have just spent my morning chatting, relaxing, laughing ALOT - oh and getting my eyebrows microbladed for the first time. I was received with the warmest of welcomes from Mel to the most beautifully located clinic, and the attention to detail that Emma goes into to get the shape just perfect was incredible. In fact she got it pretty much spot on first time.They were both extremely reassuring and I had ultimate trust in Emma's colour decision. Even though it is Emma that does the work, Mel is so invested in her clients she stays for the full consultation prior to the procedure and seems genuinely excited for the big reveal!I actually cant wait to go back in 4 weeks to see them again - oh and get the top up procedure of course!!!

An absolutely wonderful experience from the very first time i made contact via Facebook. Friendly, helpful, reassuring, professional, knowledgeable and incredible at what they do. I was very nervous to have my eyebrows done but Mel and Emma completely put me at ease and i quickly felt able to trust their judgement, experience and recommendations. They took as much time as i needed to get everything just perfect and it was a very relaxing and calm environment. I cant recommend Mel and Emma highly enough. This clinic is amazing! Mel and Emma are so friendly and reassured me of any worries I had about the procedure!! They were very knowledgable and worked with me to make sure my eyebrows were perfect and that I was completely happy with the design before they went ahead!The clinic was modern, clean and very professional immediately feeling at ease when I came into the clinic!The procedure was pain free and relaxing!I would highly recommend! I was apprehensive about having my brows microbladed after a very painful experience some years ago with a different technician. I’ve been putting off a colour boost procedure for the last couple of years, however, after speaking to Mel I was reassured. I visited the Pennington Clinic today. Emma and Mel instantly put me at ease. I was consulted during every step of the procedure. Emma was calm and patient, and her 14 years expertise was apparent! Emma checked I was comfortable and relaxed throughout, and the procedure was painless. The results speak for themselves! I would 100% recommend Mel and Emma at the Pennington Clinic. I certainly will never visit another clinic!

What a wonderful experience, from my first inquiry onward, with the highlight of meeting Mel and Emma and leaving with a great pair of eyebrows! I am so impressed and cannot recommend them more. Emma takes great care in understanding what your expectations are and very detail orientated, takes her time with marking the area and checking to see whether it is suitable and what you want. I attended the clinic for my first appointment for eyebrow tattooing. Emma was amazing!. We discussed how I wanted the eyebrows to look and she mixed the best colour option for me. Emma drew the eyebrow shape and checked I was happy with them.Emma made me feel completely at ease throughout. I am absolutely delighted with my eyebrows and am going back in about 3 weeks for the top up. Thank you

I am so happy with my powder brows. Mel and Emma listened carefully to what I wanted and explained the process very clearly so I knew what to expect. I had complete trust in them, and they were absolutely right!Communication was excellent from the beginning.
