Vary disappointed customer services. I rang the store this morning in order to book an appointment for nails extentions as advised. The lady who does the nails there didnt seem very happy to book and appointment for extentions due to lack of time. Finally we booked and appointment at 12:00. I went there at 12:00 only to find out that my nails are too sort to do extentions and she wasn't happy to do it. Its not the fist time I'm applying extentions on my nails and I know that they were fine but certainty the last time I'm going there. However I have to say that the lady who does the hair removal is vely nice and good at her job.

Good shop but do not go to the eyebrow lady to get your eyebrows done as she butchered them! Left them non existence and took the full top off my eyebrow

I ordered a product yesterday afternoon that said it was a free click & collect service that could be picked up within 30 minutes, so I waited and waited and then about 5 hours later I received the email to say my parcel was ready to be collected and by this point the store was closed! What’s the point in offering a 30 minute click & collect service if it then takes 5 hours? Luckily it wasn’t a product that was urgently required!
