Ben is an excellent vet, and someone we will always trust with our beloved pets. He goes above and beyond when necessary, and is very honest and open about pricing etc.Parking is conveniently off road to the rear of the practice. The waiting room is large enough to keep cats and dogs comfortably apart too, which is good :)

Always good service. Never have to wait very long for an appointment and the staff are very helpful on the phone.We have been going there for over a year now and are very happy with the care provided to out cat.

Recently switched to Ben’s practice and I am so glad I did. The care and precision of things is amazing, especially at such reasonable prices.My elderly cat has just had her thyroid gland out and he filled me with confidence about it being successful. I picked her up the same day just a few hours later.He’s a really honest vet whereas my previous vet had my cat on medication for over a year which was extra expenses every three months and routine prescriptions.This is now my new vet practice!

Very friendly and helpful, especially considering the restrictions due to the present lockdown situation. Great communication, good service so far, based on only one visit from myself at this time. Also from the long-term care and assistance a good friend of mine....and their pet parent!....have received from this practice. I will update this review after future visits.

I have found the treatment here very good for Ozzy and Honey after moving from the Holywell area to Saltney.

If I could give no stars I would!My dog went for a check up of a cyst or something on his foot. The vet gave him a steroid, which wasn’t needed as it wasn’t bothering him! He then suffered with sickness & diarrhoea which wouldn’t stop. Countless trips back and forth with no help! He then came out in sores all over his body, some of which turned into huge hot spots on his neck! This was brought up to the vet who in turn said he didn’t know! But wanted us to pay for bloods to find out why he had sickness and diarrhoea back again to be refused to be seen as the vet was so called in surgery yet the door was wide open toThe surgery that was so called on going enough for him to walk into! He had no harness or lead due to being covered in these sores to the fact he’d yelp if touched!We then took him to a different vet who within minutes of walking in agreed that they are hot spots and was then given the correct medication and now 2/3 days later already showing signs of improvement! Funny how this vet has been treating him since the end of June and just caused the problem for the new vet to deal with it in minutes! I will be taking this further! My dog had never seen a vet for anything other than routine until he stepped foot in this vets! Never again

£20 for 3 minutes of the vets time. First time using this service and will also be the last. Specifically wanted a little time to discuss a reccouring issue and made this known when booking the appointment we felt completely ignored and that the vet did not want to hear it.Also when letting vet know our dog was nervous he laughed as if we were idiots and made no effort to make our dogs experience any easier to the point she fell of the table trying to move away.Really dissapointing considering we went off of previous reviews.
