What a beautiful shop run by a lovely, friendly lady. I attended the open day this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I was made to feel very welcome, and was able to try on many dresses with great advice. There was no pressure and it was just a lovely relaxed experience. All of the dresses were beautiful too.

What can I say just WOW!!I definitely said YES to the dress! & we had lovely cocktails at the bar next door complimentary from Celia.The best Bridal shop, Celia is extremely helpful, honest, knows her dresses inside out with recommendations to try on best to suit you as an individual.Celia helped me into all of the dresses I tried on, made me feel so comfortable and not pushy what so ever! ( I love this about her ) stunning Bridal shop feels so warming and personal I cannot recommend checking the Bridal rack out enough! Thank-you so much xxx

The Bridal Rack was the first and only shop that I used to find my wedding dress. Cila was so helpful and knew exactly what would suit my body shape. I originally had an idea of what I would have liked but was completely blown away when i tried on my dress. Cila asked me to try on various shapes and styles (none of which were the ones I had in mind) I said yes to the dress which was completely opposite of what I had pictured! Cila knew exactly what would suit me and what wouldn't, she was absolutely amazing and I would recommend any bride to be in Essex to visit the Bridal Rack for their dress.

This bridal shop is well worth a visit for any bride. The dresses are beautiful, really well priced, and Sarah was just fantastic!! She couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and the perfect hostess, she made the whole experience fun, enjoyable and relaxing. Burnham might be a little more out the way but this shop is well worth the visit. The selection of dresses was good, and I found it almost impossible to choose there were so many great options.

I said yes to the dress!!!This was my first and only bridal dress shopping experience. I’m a 2024 bride and had no clue when I was meant to look for a dress. After I messaged on Instagram for some advice the warm friendly advice I was given sold me on booking to try on gowns, so Saturday I went for my appointment with my mum, maid of honour and my god mother on FaceTime and was meet with that same warm friendly feeling and found my gown. Cilla was attentive, kind and so welcoming I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m so glad I chose the bridal rack. I honestly can not wait to get the call to say my dress is in so I can return.Thank you cilla and the bridal rack I’m one very excited bride and that’s all thanks to you x

What an amazing little find this was last night. We met with Cila and were warmly welcomed, the shop itself is small and charming, but Cila made the whole experience so relaxing, enjoyable and fun. We stayed for such a long time, and Cila made sure we tried on plenty of dresses, there was so much choice and we loved so many of the dresses, but Cila never made us feel rushed, in fact made sure I had tried on as many as I wanted to be 100% sure. At the end of the evening there was no pressure to purchase, but ultimately I had found the one, and wasn't leaving without it. We all celebrated with some bubbles and felt like we'd had a little evening out, thank you for your warmth and hospitality Cila, it was the best experience.

Had such a lovely experience buying the most beautiful dress here! We all felt so welcome and looked after. She was also so inclusive of my daughters and made them feel like princesses too! Would highly recommend!!
