I received a voucher for a back massage and luxury facial. What I received really went well above and beyond that, it was a really incredible experience. Alisha performed my treatments, she’s absolutely incredible, with the perfect amount of pressure at every moment. The facial comes with a hand foot and shoulder massage too, which was unexpected but absolutely amazing. I can’t rate this experience high enough and I cannot wait to go back. Service, product, everything was second to none and I have had many facials and massages over the years.

The best customer service !!!! I cannot compare it to any other salon I have been to before. Lovely personal service with Anne herself getting in touch to sort out a minor problem (I might add that when I left the salon I felt like a princess to say the least!!!). She literally made me feel like I was the only customer they had and they went out of their way to sort out my issue and that is priceless to me. Will be revisting here again & again!!!! Xxx

Today was my first visit but certainly not my last, the staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Can't remember their names but young lady did my eyebrows and explained everything very clearly, really pleased with result. Had my nails done, excellent manicure,lovely arms and hands massage and hands placed in lovely warm mitts, the whole experience was very relaxing, lovely atmosphere and a wonderful cup of coffee.Thank you to you all.

Extremely friendly and professional.I had never had anything like this done before and was a bit nervous. My beautician was a lovely lady named Laura, who made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable.Will be returning and highly recommend this salon.

I visited Anne Roberts yesterday for the second time for a facial and back massage with Jess. The facial was gorgeous, so relaxing. Jess applied the right pressure and sorted out my knotty back I felt like a new woman walking out of the salon. Jess is a friendly very professional therapist and I will definitely be returning. My first visit to Anne Roberts.It was a Fantastic ExperienceI had the Clarins Instant Bliss package which included Facial, Back Massage, Manicure and hair wash & blow dry with light refreshments. It was an amazing afternoon & I felt amazing too. I love my hair & Nails. The staff were outstanding and I highly recommend a visit. I will be back. Caroline O
