I am disappointed with the customer service I received.The sales team,Simon and Sam were brilliant.However,it appears Sam went on annual leave and his stand in" could not care less.I expect the same high standard and felt there was not the same commitment.I had paid for fabric protection but the car had not been fully valeted.. The car went back in to be redone and was not...nobody checked this and I felt like a nuisance when I went to pick up the car. Perrys overcharged me by £ 350 but nobody explained why and I had to wait until Sam returned from his annual leave until it was sorted out.I feel every employee should have the same commitment to the store regardless of where they may have come from."

Absolute joke of a company. I put a deposit on a car on the 16th of November. The deal didn’t work out in the end. However on the 20th of November I was told to send my card detail s to which I did. After several calls and emails I keep being told you’ll get a call tomorrow or we’ll call you back later or this individual is now on holiday it seems they have no interest in returning my deposit at all they have shown no care and just shrug it off. Id be careful with this company because imagine how. Less they’d care once they receive money for car they e sold! Disgusting company ! It’s now the 14th of December and I’ve been told to call back on Monday ridiculous!

As a recently widowed lady l asked Warren to find me a little runaround to Nip to the shops. I explained l had a lung problem and also a metal plate in my right arm. Warren was absolutely charming but when it became apparent a car with wind up widows and no air con his whole attitude changed. He had promised me the week before if it wasn't right he would change and talked me into buying extra cover for breakdown. I was stupid enough not to test drive and he was not inerested when l said the car was not suitable he was quite rude and feel he took advantage he promised to repay the breakdown cover which l an awaiting. Do not trust this man if you are vulnerable. Probably ok for a 6 foot builder . I've ended up selling the car for a massive loss l feel very let down . Please send my breakdown cover back asap

I bought a Low mileage used Mazda (NC) MX5 from Snows of Portsmouth and it developed a rattling noise from the rear end within 7 days of purchase.I took it to my local dealer, Perrys Mazda Colne, who diagnosed the fault, liaised with the Mazda Warranty department, ordered the parts and fitted the replacement rear shock absorbers under the Mazda Approved used car warranty that the car came with.They also fixed a loose deadlight bulb that the original dealer had neglected to sort.No quibbles, nothing could be too much trouble. Many thanks to all the team, Including Alcina, Andrew and the techs.Great job and my rear end doesn't sound like a bag of loose spanners any more!!

Salesman was very nice.Ask them to get me a Owners Manual for the new car to be told it's all on the internet. This has proved no help as I am getting a sorts of message on the cars screen I do not know how to fix plus I have no idea how to use the cruise control.

The staff there are very professional, helpfull and friendly especially the receptionist, Alcina. Allso there fairly priced. Perrys at Nelson (my usual garage) was very busy that day but Katy at service rung colne Perrys who were able to replace my failed Battery. They booked me in at very short notice and did my replacement car battery the same afternoon after i discovered it was flat the same morning. Free coffee and water in the waiting area and the garage was easy to locate, adequate parking too. Just what you need as a Peugeot owner. Awesome.
