Hate the way he teaches. Too repetitive and extremely noisy. left after a class. Happy with my current boxing school.

Excellent detailed coaching and fine tuning of traditional muay thai.

Went in to ask about classes and prices. Ended up sitting there for about 20/30 mins talking to Bob who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seems like a great atmosphere and will definitely be back

Been to numerous classes over the past 10 - 12 years and nothing but positive things to say.Warm family like culture backed up by evident experience of teaching at the highest level.Notable mention would be that Steve (Head Coach) is President of the UKMF, taking young Muay Thai athlete's around the world to compete in international tournaments. Great Coach!
