Cadence

I destroyed rear mechanism on bike amongst other parts connected. Cadence literally fixed it up like brand new on the spot for an amazingly fair price. Thanks so much! Most helpful bike shop I’ve ever visited, comes highly recommended. Cheers!

Out for a ride with family and wife’s rear break was not working properly. The guys fitted us in immediately to check the bike over and fixed it up getting us on our way quickly. Great service and great prices!

Simply the best local bike shop in the world! Obviously only my opinion but I cannot rate Cadence bikes in Bath highly enough. All of the team at Cadence are so experienced and helpful. Most importantly for me they are always so welcoming to all cyclists. The store is stocked with a very impressive ranges of bikes, clothing and accessories. Additionally at Cadence they have the best bike servicing department I have ever used. Pricing is very fair and clear (with a new messaging service that outlines the job in detail as it happens) and one thing can be guaranteed after a service, your bike will feel as good as new again. So many times I ride a bike that has been serviced at Cadence and it feels “box fresh” again. Only yesterday I received a bike back from an amazing service from James, and I couldn’t believe how much better it now feels. Thank you James. Plenty of free parking on the high street with nice cafe’s. Give Cadence a try you cannot go wrong.

I've been to Cadence twice now and on both times they've done a wonderful job. Their knowledge and help was excellent when I suggested I wanted to upgrade my groupset. They were able to get my bike in for the upgrade very quickly and even offered that for the next few weeks if I had any shifting issues to come right back and they'd have a look. Needless to say after taking the upgraded bike for a long ride I'm happy to say they've done a perfect job. I would thoroughly recommend this local bike shop.

A proper local bike shop that I would thoroughly recommend.I knew I wanted a new road bike and the team at Cadence couldn't have been more helpful with tons of experience and suggestions for me. They they went the extra mile on more than one occasion to find stock in my size and a Covid-safe collection at a time that worked for me.Despite not being local to me I'll definitely be going to cadence for future purchases and advice. 5*
