I've never used a solicitor before so I didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say from the first meeting with tom he had always been thorough and put a great case up for my tribunal. During my tribunal he really really did put a fight up for me. Even when I would need to speak to him regarding other issues he would always get back quick and give me the time of day and treated me human and with respect.
