After visiting many local salons where the experience was not great, so pleased I finally found Kitui.The salon is beautiful and all of the team are very friendly and welcoming. My stylist, Annabelle, always does a fantastic job cutting and colouring my hair. Been coming here for just over a year and I always leave really happy with the result.Highly recommended this salon.

Beautiful wellbeing evening event for my mother and other ladies who have lost head and facial hair due to various reasons. Never felt so embraced by such kindness and what a beautiful salon! The ambiance was outstanding and I get the impression they offer the highest quality of services. Thank you for such a wonderful evening; the sound bath I will never forget and will definitely be booking onto another! Karma is a wonderful thing and I wish all the team nothing but success. I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 5 years now & wouldn’t trust anywhere else. Friendly, welcoming staff and a beautiful salon. Michelle is amazing at what she does. I’ve just got home after having my hair coloured and cut & it’s perfect as usual. I think she knows what I want doing more than I do.Thanks Michelle! X

Kitui is THE BEST hair salon in Sunderland! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now since moving to the area and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else! Annabelle is absolutely amazing and the loveliest young lady you could ever meet, so friendly and attentive. She’s a credit to the salon. If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Showed a picture of what I wanted but got a full fringe instead. It was too late once she started cutting. Had to get her to shape it or she would have just left it as it was. Just wanted to leave after that and when I got home found the shaping was uneven on each side had to get a friend to help fix it. Even then it is still not what I was looking for and it's going to take months for it to grow out and I can get it done correctly elsewhere.
