Very bad experience. Their returns policy needs to be updated when their competitors are offering either free delivery/free return having to pay £7 to try on something and send it back is unacceptable. Will not be shopping through Flatspot again for this reason.

Charging for a return but offering the full value of the return in store credit will not get you repeat custom. Now I know you do this, I’ll never use you again.Disappointing when you have nice shoes

extremely happy, i have been in many apps joining lots of draws for 4 months and I never win any of the nike sb dunks and i found flatspot and tried to draw for the first time and i won also for the first time. i didn't even expect for fast delivery and with complete notice for delivery.thank you flatspot.i might stick to this shop and leave other apps.highly recommended.

Great company! Very fast delivery and updates every step of the way. Been buying most of my clothing through flatspot for few years and can’t recommend enough. Only once had a issue with a delivery which was dpd’s fault not flatspot but after a chat with one of the very helpful service guys at flatspot everything was sorted. If your into Nike sb dunks there raffles are easily the best to. 100% recommend these guys!
