I have use HR Owen twice this year, once to get my car serviced and once for them to organise an MOT for me. Amazing service both times from organising a driver to get me to work to finding me a quiet room for a conference call. My thanks to Andy Batty for the last visit and Paul for the earlier visit - both went out of their way to help, Couldn't recommend them high enough.

Have had a poor experience here before but the new service team have been fantastic on my recent visit. I really dreaded phoning to book in my car but was dealt with by Paul and I must say his attention to detail has been fantastic listened to my issues with the car and has kept me informed on the repair. This new team has transformed the customer service experience. Genuinely if you used them previously and had the same level of apathy as I received give them another try I'm glad I did.

We just bought a Grecale. Fantastic vehicle. The service at HR Owen was incredible. Marcus was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs, but without being at all pushy. Mind you, he might say that the car sold itself.

Went to drop my brother in law to pick up an Aston Martin as he works for HR Owen in London. The cars at this showroom were lush especially the 23 plate STO. Daughter was in her element.

Superb customer service. My used car went in to them a few times for some minor issues but the team was always massively accommodating. Always had a courtesy car available and let me retain it without any problems until the jobs were complete. Even gave me a place to work, while I waited for MOT to be completed. Car sold now so will I longer be needing their services but felt they deserved a fantastic review for making the whole experience of owning the car an absolute pleasure. Thank you.

The service provided by Marcus Caruso was exceptional. The only reason I did not buy a car from HR Owen was that my car had negative equity. Marcus went above and beyond to try to make the deal work, I cannot emphasise enough how well as I was treated by this garage and more specifically Marcus.
