I am actually not Gluten, Dairy, or anything else, so I have come across these products because friends needed them, and honestly I can say hand on heart that they are probably the best cakes I have ever had. Their Ginger Cake, with Cinnamon Buttercream should be entered into some kind of food award. You would never know they were allergen free. I cant taste the difference, honestly.
